New details for Redwood Rally 2025 released

Jesse and Heather hosted an hour-long stream on Facebook and provided a number of new details for the Redwood Rally 2025, their west coast event that will be held in September.

New Details

Early registration will begin on Wednesday, March 12 and is available to all participants from the 2024 event. General regisration will open up the following day. There will be 280 spots available and the price is $450.

General Rule Adjustments

  • Horn, rear view mirror, and one side mirror required.
  • Support vehicles strictly prohibited.
  • Participants may not use any vehicle other than the one entered in competition during the event.
  • Trailers limited to one axle with a maximum cargo area of 6 ft. by 6 ft.
  • Water in cooling system only; stock modern factory vehicles exempt.
  • Fire extinguisher or fire system required in all vehicles.

American Graffiti Hard Tire AWD now permitted on diesel trucks.
Belly pan/engine diaper required on vehicles quicker than 6.50 (1/8)/9.99 (1/4); stock modern factory vehicles are exempt.
American Graffiti Naturally Aspirated Belly pan/engine diaper required on vehicles quicker than 6.50 (1/8)/9.99 (1/4); stock modern factory vehicles are exempt.
American Graffiti Power Adder Belly pan/engine diaper required on vehicles quicker than 6.50 (1/8)/9.99 (1/4); stock modern factory vehicles are exempt.
American Graffiti Magnum Belly pan/engine diaper required on vehicles quicker than 6.50 (1/8)/9.99 (1/4); stock modern factory vehicles are exempt.
3 Pedal Belly pan/engine diaper required on vehicles quicker than 6.50 (1/8)/9.99 (1/4); stock modern factory vehicles are exempt.
Tailgate Cyber Truck prohibited.
Station wagons, and early SUVs with fold down tailgates now allowed.

Glory Day Gassers (New class, see full rules for details.)
Mind Over Matter Maximum six (6) passes per day.

The Left Coast Redwood Rally is the first Drag & Drive-style event on the west coast. The 2025 Redwood Rally will take place September 22nd - 27th beginning at Medford Dragstrip, then on to Coos Bay Speedway, Woodburn Dragstrip, Madras Dragstrip, and back to Medford Dragstrip to crown our champions. Public registration for the 2025 Redwood Rally will open in March 2025.
