Welcome To Caprock Motorplex! The track was originally established in September of 1966 under the name of Penwell Raceway. Penwell Knights Raceway at Caprock Motorplex, as it’s known today, was formed in 2008, and with many recent renovations has become the premier state-of-the-art drag strip in West Texas.
